About Us
Sweet Laurette and Cyndee's Cafe & Bistro started as a small Patisserie in Port Townsend in April 2001. We have since grown to a 70 seat bistro restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating, a cafe that serves pastries & espresso, and the premier place for wedding cakes on the penninsula.
Laurette
Laurette has over 20 years experience in Pastry and Culinary arts.
With her love of French cuisine in particular, combined with the amazing bounty found in the Northwest, she creates tasteful and nourishing menus for all to enjoy. Laurette, with the help of a great crew, runs the restaurant and catering.
Cyndee
Cyndee has been a home baker her whole life, but for the past four years has been rising long before dawn and baking a scrumptous array of morning pastries, cookies, elegant pastries and cakes.
With the help of our two excellent pastry chefs and a morning baker, Cyndee is in charge of the booking and creating of our wedding cakes as well as running our bakery.
